While my new Chrysler Town & Country van was going through the tunnel, I felt 2 successive bumps from the drivers side, tilting the van to the right. I exited the car after the wash, and found that my running board on the drivers side was damaged. I located the manager (Blake) and was told the owner (Dave) was not available, I left my number and outlined the problem. After 48 hours without a call, I stopped back at the place and once again requested a call as 48 hours without a follow up is totally unacceptable. After 2 more hours of waiting, I called the place and spoke to a Female, I think her name was Jennifer, explained the problem and requested that she contact the manager (he was not there) and have the manager get a hold of Dave to call me back - it is now another 10 hours later and still no call. This being a Friday night, if I do not hear from the Owner or his representative by Monday, I will be at the DuPage County Court House filing a small claims suit. I ran my own retail business for 35 years and customer service is where anything is, that is all I expect is a little of proper customer service. Bye the Bye, I Just happen to have photo proof of no damage 1 day prior to the wash and photo proof of the the damage the day of the wash. I JUST READ ANOTHER REVIEW FROM FEBRUARY OF 2012, AND IT APPEARS THAT THE OWNERS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REQUESTS. WE SHALL SEE IF THEY SHOW UP IN COURT.
