Sports-specific and personal training Frank Quido is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, a state of Connecticut Certified Interscholastic Coach, and a Certified Youth Fitness Trainer. Frank coaches High School Football, AAU baseball, and basketball. He has been training for more years than he cares to remember. He understands what coaches are looking for in athletes, but more importantly he understands the athlete. He knows how to connect with them and will undoubtedly keep them motivated and instill confidence in them regardless of their skill level. As a certified trainer Frank also understands that injuries can occur on the court or playing field. For that very reason, he will include in every athlete's program, "prehab" training methods to help reduce the risk of injury.
