We operate the Pioneer House museum at 28 Gish Road in Rittman, Ohio. There you'll find exhibits representing early life in Rittman from the pioneer era through the early 20th century. We proudly feature materials reflecting the history of the industries that have called Rittman home throughout the years, and a room dedicated to Rittman's veterans. We proudly feature materials reflecting the history of the industries that have called Rittman home throughout the years, and a room dedicated to Rittman's veterans. We also operate historic Knupp Church on Kunkler Drive just north of Rittman Cemetery on Decourcey Road. This beautiful one-room church was built in 1817, and is available for meeting and wedding rentals. In addition to several open houses and events held throughout the year, both locations can be viewed at your request. We welcome any size group, from one or two to school classes, scout troops, church groups, etc.
