I am not sure about the property owners, but the tenants are treated with disrespect. I am disabled and currently live in one of their properties and they have taken me to court to have me evicted twice, when it was no fault of my own. When Killen housing authority was on the news and their seniors and disabled were getting evicted, if you look at the documents, they all said Sophia and Associates. All but one work order was completed. All my Reasonable Accomodations were rejected, like if I couled make a payment in the mail when I was 2 days late for being in hospital after having a stroke. There is no communication, and there is like 6 people working and you get put on hold, just to get told that they don't know, that they need to call back and then never do. I have been doing my research, and they do not like to return your deposit. I am just saying, do your homework before hiring them. Also when I moved in this place was not ready for move in. They just failed a big inspection and they were supposed to do some repairs, it's been over 2 months!! That is a pretty big deal, but Gabriel Potts has said they are covered, because they have an LLC and have dba's..
