We rented 105 Willow Dr in Navasota for 6 months. It was filthy on move in with fire ant beds on the window sill. No exterminator ever came out. On move out we paid for a make ready and still didn't get our $$$ back. They claimed clogged tub drain, which never was clogged during our time there and lack of pay to Entergy. That is also false. Their realtor also comes and goes as she pleases without notice. Do not rent from this company. You can see by the description they are shady as they have "nonresidential buildings" on the website which is not true.
