My children was late being dropped off/ picked up from school everyday. Staff does not know how to deal with conflict. They become extremely disrespectful, ignorant, and belligerent when you ask questions about how your child is being treated. The owner lied about having video footage of an incident involving my child. When I asked when would the meeting be set up to view the same footage the owner tried to attack me and removed my children from the childcare program. Owner also forgot my child at school in a different incident. I had to pick my child up from school at 5pm, his school lets out 3:45. When I arrived I was told he was on the way after 15 mins I was told they forgot to pick him up.
