Luedora simms is not too be trusted with anyone's private information, I do not recommend using Dell's tax services. Used her too file my taxes and we had a payment problem which I thought she would take out of my refund,but since I did not have 250.00 dollars up front she changed something around on my return causing me too lose whole return.Do not use Dell's if you do not have cash up front she will mess you up and will not try too fix.I sat at her desk with her and my girlfriend and her child and had a great conversation had talk about my situation at time we were actually homeless and depending on these taxes to help get a home for us and are daughter,I tried talking too her about this and she was very rude and nasty about it didn't think it would turn out this way with her over 250.00 dollars but it did and it caused me an my family soo much more grief, she is a very nasty person I do not recommend using here.
