I had a nasty roof rail dent the size of half of a dollar on my BMW 330i .For those of you that don't know what or where a roof rail is, it is just above the windows, and just below the roof . It is also sealed, & inaccessible and the metal is very rigid. Anyway, I was looking for a remedy and stumbled a crossed a few local companies and began narrowing down my search. I looked into a few other companies, but really felt unsure of their capabilities. Then I found A1 I checked out their website, saw some of his repairs(before/after) and contacted Dexter . The whole process from start to finish was easy. I sent a picture, and he quickly sent a polite response, and a VERY reasonable quote. He asked me what time worked for me and we agreed on a time, he also called and confirmed which I think was really nice. He showed up and I couldn't have been happier, he stepped out of the truck looking professional and ready to work on my car, he greeted me and immediately went to work. Dexter has great attention to detail, and takes pride in his work. He did such a good job on the dent in the roof rail that I also had him fix a few other dents while he was here. I am VERY PLEASED with the job he did, and would recommend him to everyone in need of quality paintless dent repair. No need to search far and wide quality pdr is right here. Give him a call !
