I do not recommend Flooring Craftsman. Johnathan not only doesn't stand behind his product, he wont return your phone calls once he knows there is a problem. We were going to put tile in our house he convinced us to go with the engineered wood. We have 2 big dogs and had them when he came over for the inital consult and he said " oh no that wont be a problem","and besides there is a warrenty on these wood floors". However he didn't mention that the warrenty excuded EVERYTHING! He refused to return or phone calls when after 2 days we had EXCESSIVE scratching on the floors. He wont stand behind his product or what he told us. When we finally did get him over to our house after 3 MONTHS of trying to contact him he all but admitted that this was not how the floors were supposed to hold up. He refused to do anything. He wouldn't return anymore phone calls. The caulking is starting to pull away from the walls he refuses to even adress this. The flooring has not even been in our house a year yet and it looks like its been there for 10 years. We put alot of money into our floors we saved for five years to get the floors done. It is very dissaponting and frustrating. I recommend you go with someone else.
