Very bad company. My wife ordered her safety glasses with the metal frame, PROGRESSIVE NO-LINE BIFOCAL, they processed with a PLASTIC FRAME INSTEAD OF METAL FRAME WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE, thought the lens was perfect for both nearsighted and farsighted so, she requested for exchange, they agreed and the 2nd pair of glasses arrived 22 days later, this time she got the right frame but the lens were worst as she got double vision for nearsighted view. she requested for the replacement again and the new glasses arrived 14 days later with the same problem as a 2nd pair (double vision at nearsighted view). I call them on her behalf to discuss the problem and the guy name Lee Williams and he suggested that she should change to LINE-BIFOCAL so she can see correctly at the nearsighted with approx $150 more. I asked him why the 1st pair of glasses work perfectly then he told me the reason she can view perfectly for both nearsighted and farsighted perfectly by the first pair of glasses because they used the plastic frame on that glasses (I think this is STUPID LIE). He even told the company that she work for that her prescription either incorrect and/ or out of date while the prescription is just 4 months old and they used that prescription to process the perfect 1st pair of glasses Their return policy allow the customer ONLY 1 return/ exchange no matter what so, if they mess up your order like mine, you will be out of luck (as they messed up on her glasses then lie after that) Don't be fooled by their "satisfaction warranty". THERE IS ONLY ONE TIME RETURN/ EXCHANGE ONLY and you are on your own after that, I knew at least 3 of her workmates had the same issue as her
