I had this company install our new AC through Sears. Recently our furnace stopped working. I contacted Scott to come look at it and give us a price to repair. We had an appointment for 10-11-12 @ 3:00 pm. He said he would call when he was leaving Beardstown. He never called!!! A call to either cancell or reschedule would have been nice. A half a day off work(without pay) and not even a call. Thanks for nothin Scott!
