Our dance and fitness center encompasses life essentials: dance, fitness, wellness, healthy living and social well-being. Whether you’re looking for fitness, dance, or a fun date night come and experience all that our adult program has to offer. Classes are perfect for getting in shape, polishing skills or trying something new. Jr. Spartans is the children’s dance education program at Spartan Dance Center, providing children ages 2 to 17 with the foundations of dance. Using a play-oriented approach, classes in the Jr. Spartans program are dynamic, developmentally-appropriate and fun.
