I was shipped a defective bulb and told to ship it back for a replacement so I returned it.
No one will respond to me and a replacement bulb was never shipped back to me.
They advertise 15 days guarantee for DOA bulbs but did not honor it for me.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a projector Bulb on JUne 14, 2012. I recived an Email confirmation and the amount deducted brom my creditcard. Six months later, the product has never arrived. they don;t respond to email and they don't answer the phone. Are they out of business?
