I did not have a good experience with this company at all. I viewed the website and saw a number of items that I liked. I placed an order in January 11th. By January 27th I still had not received my item and was told it was because of the delivery address. The delivery address is clear on my online receipt without any errors, however the item never made it. The company was helpful in resending the item back after much back and forth for over a week, and my explaining the this item was time sensitive. The item was redelivered on January 25th. On January 29th, the item had been returned because for some strange reasonm the delivery address was again "insufficient" however, I have received packages at that address before and after placing this order. After all the back and forth I asked for a return of my money and was told that I am not entitled to a return. So I know have to file disputes and am prepared to take this to court if necessary. It is bizarre to me that the item will be returned, yet I they get to keep my money as well. I feel like this is a fraudulant company and I wiil never order from them again. I do not suggest anyone else order from them as well. This is too bad as I have seen other items I would have loved to order, but I do not trust this company and will not spend another dime with them.
