Sadly I can't give a 0 star rating. The fact that their website is discontinued should have been a red flag but I ignored it since the owner seems so nice we when we went in. Some of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. We spent over $5k with them, when the delivery came, the grout was missing. I called and was told it would be delivered in the next two days. After it still wasn't delivered, I called back a week later and the owners wife (Aileen) she said we had to pick it up from the warehouse and proceeded to scream at her employee who helped us with the order while I was on speakerphone. She finally told me she would have it delivered tomorrow. We went through this every day for the next week. In the end, we still don't have our grout and are on our way to Floor & Decor right now. Ans when my husband called upset today after two weeks of being strung along, the owner (Orlando) started insulting him and calling him a bunch of things I can't even post here. SCAM ARTISTS, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
