This is by far the worst contractor that wee have dealt with. After researching the price of concrete we found that we were being charged more than 2 X the going rate. They say that they have been in business for 20 years when it's really only 8. We found them to be dishonest and they were constantly complaining that they were doing work for free when we were being charged for it per our agreement. We had several issues with their veracity which we brought to their attention. We paid them 10,000 (1/2) up front the remainder was to be paid after all work was completed. They insisted that they would not come back to pour the concrete unless we paid in full prior to completion not per contract.They charged us for a 35 ft long wall, with no height specified in the agreement. They actually put in a 29 ft. wall and is demanding that we pay extra for them making it higher than they anticipated. They based their concrete charges on 1700 square ft. we have had 4 people out to give us estimates to finish the job and when they measured they all came up between 1100 and 1200. square feet. We have been totally ripped off. My advise would be to find someone who you trust and has a good reputation.
