Our family was very excited to get in contact with this D&M Farm Kennel to inquire on further information in regards to their chow chows. However, with initiating contact with a simple email, our family was sent a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE stating they were an "established farm kennel" and not a pet store INCLUDING a SAD FACE EMOJI in the email!!!
With that RUDE and SARCASTIC response, this shows they are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and NEED A LESSON IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am honestly glad we were able to find out the true colors of this business prior to wasting further time contacting them. I would encourage other future pet owners to look for other respectable breeders.
