Copying my review from College Park Apartments, this is the property manager. GAS POISONING. This building gave one woman gas poisoning and she almost died, my partner moved into the same unit after they left. It smelled strongly of gas but we had to fight SO HARD for the management to believe us, they were literally gaslighting her about the gas leak. We managed to get the leaking stove replaced after soooooo much fighting, do not stay here if you care about your health. MOLD. We took samples and sent them in for testing in a lab, it was confirmed mold was present that can cause health problems. We located a leaking moldy pipe that could have been causing it. Guess what, it was never fixed after repeated asking. The building looks nice, they just redid a lot, but the bones are rotten and people running the building are not looking out for the tenants. Lets not get into the smoking, cops breaking down doors, drug deals, etc. The people managing this place don't deserve to walk around their offices without shoes in comfort, yes this is what they do; it makes me sick to know they have such comfort while subjecting people living here to sub-standard living conditions. Don't rent here. Best case you get a cheap place for a bit, worse case your health is affected. I've noticed they somehow manage to keep taking down reviews from Google, there used to be wayyyyy more, don't be fooled.
