Emergence’s key marketing discriminator is that unlike others who acquire and resell LED products from inferior sources we have developed our own contract manufacturing sources and control every aspect of both the design and production of proprietary LED technologies delivered by direct sale to the hospitality industry- not through distributors or resellers with additional mark-ups and profits. Emergence was founded in 2006, by Mr. Howard Weinberg who retains an extensive background in the identification, engineering and marketing of sensitive and disruptive technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense and is a leading subject expert in the design and manufacturing of LED technologies. In 2007, Mr. Weinberg was asked to perform a due diligence on LED replacement lamp technologies for a government facility. The information gained from this project launched Emergence which has since produced over 2,000,000 linear LED replacement lamps to date - with near zero failures. Starting in 2014, Mr. Weinberg began designs for a new series of LED replacement lamps and luminaires focused on industry-specific applications. Today, Emergence is in a ‘first-mover’ position in the LED industry with successful installations across major retailers (including Walmart) healthcare systems, educational institutions, manufacturing, and governments facilities worldwide. We produce all forms of linear replacement lamps in any lengths with color temperatures and light outputs required for a wide range of retail store requirements including U-Tubes, PL and PLL replacement lamps, and LED Light Panels with user changeable features.
