Had an excellent experience with Mike. Our car had broken down shortly after a race in Knoxville. We called Mike's Towing and he picked up right away. We asked some questions which were answered very politely. He arrived very quickly and was extremely polite and helpful. All of this being very late at night and on A Saturday night. Strongly recommend Mike's Towing!!!

I had a very bad experience with Mike. My vehicle was damaged and he wouldn't take credit for it. The police had to get involved. He seemed to be drinking while on the job. When I told him that the vehicle had been damaged he became very angry and started to yell at my husband. Even after he had looked at the car he still said that the damage done to the car was not his fault. I would not recommend him!!
