Buyer Beware! The owner of the company is very nice and trusting at first, but he will pull out of an uncompleted job, even if it means breaking the contract you 2 agreed on. We were told it was a contract when we signed it, but when he pulled out of the job, all of a sudden, it was not a contract but only an itemized bill. We signed a contract for him to work in our backyard, he became angry after having a disagreement with his assistant and myself, and pulled out of the job immediately, with no discussion or explanation. We were left stranded with holes in our backyard and had to pay more money for someone else to do the job. We appreciate that he helped unclog a pipe, assessed our attic and built a shed as promised. But we just found out the shed was not built well. With all the rain, we found out the shed was built on indoor wood, which is now rotting. We will have to save up to have the foundation and possibly shed rebuilt at a later time. The shed was not completed, and our items get wet every time it rains.
