I have had the WORST experience with Lifeline Construction and DO NOT recommend their services to anyone in the DMV area. Not only was the owner incredibly rude throughout our interactions, it took 8 months to complete small repairs including replacing doors in rooms, cabinets, placing curtains and screens up and even addressing leaks that left my room unfinished for almost 2 months. On top of that, damage was done to the carpet while trying to fix the leak. After 2 months, an attempt to clean the carpet with oxy clean left the carpet hard and discolored. There were also two occasions when our HVAC unit was having issues. Our house was almost 80 degrees inside during the hottest part of the summer. My understanding is that a technician came to address the issue and claimed that nothing was wrong with the system. Still, the problem persisted. Finally after several emails explaining that the problem was worse, another technician was dispatched who said that there were MAJOR problems. When asked what was done the first and second times and to see a report of the work, my emails were ignored. To make matters worse it is nearly impossible to get a response in regards to repair work being done via email. I have documentation of over 6 month of emails where in many cases, I was completely ignored!! My advice, find a more reputable company with excellent customer service that can deliver repairs in a timely and respectable manner.
