2024 is a huge difference. The employee made changes to the Rainbird settings without consulting me first and now I can't connect with my app, returned to attempt to correct this stating he didn't know anything about the Rainbird system and failed to correct his changes then wanted to charge me $120. additional service charge to continue to try and figure out how he screwed it up in the first place. Stephanie in the office says same. They did a good job last times and always communicated with me before they did anything with the Rainbird, but this guy knowing nothing (his words) about the Rainbird on his own decided to mess with it's settings. Now I have to pay someone else to set it back to communicate by connected to my network. I can't do it I' bed bound disabled veteran.
