Purchased computer from Price Right Computers on 15APR20 and was charged on the 20th of April 2020 and notified Shipping label was created and waiting on Shipper pickup. No change in status so I emailed through Newegg on the 23rd then the 24th then contacted Newegg who emailed the seller on the 25th, still no answer. I then tried multiple times to call and got no answer so I again contacted Newegg and filed a claim for refund on the 29th of April, still to this date no answer. Next step is credit card claim and filing a complain with the BBB. Horrible company and I would never recommend them to anyone.
