I would not recommend having Rich Brady even build me a dog house, work is sloppy, never done on time and never ever completes the project leaving you to hire another contractor to complete the work and get CO. Collects his money up front and sticks you in the end. BE VERY CAREFULL HIRING RICH BRADY

I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend Rich Brady for ANYTHING EVER again!!! He is very unprofessional he gives you an estimate that means nothing because he adds on and on as he goes. He never keeps you updated on what's going on and expects large amounts of money before he even does any work. He definitely should be OUT OF BUSINESS! DO NOT EVER HIRE HIM!! for your own sake
