poorly maintained property, roof was leaking and it took several months for them to actually affect a fix which was a membrane over the back half of the house, termites swarmed the first 3 years we were there and they did nothing to remove the moisture from the roof leak. when we left the whole roof needed to be replaced , their appraiser had commented that it was supposed to be replaced 4 years prior.
