Do not hire or use, Reginald Bell with Guaranteed Services is horrible, will not honor and finish out his contract. Hires subcontractors that have no clue what they are doing and they tell him they finished the job but he never validates, when he calls for payment he is then informed about what is and is not complete. Usually can't get the subcontractor to finish the job because they are all too busy trying to get more money form each other and trying to shake down the homeowner. He has totally screwed up our house by undersizing a main structural beam by half of what it should be. Even though the county inspector approved inspections, we hired independent inspector who found several items he will not fix. Said he would fix but he has now ghosted us and will not return calls, text or emails. I would not work with this guy or let him on my property for anything. His subcontractors never had the tools they needed and wanted to borrow ours. Sometimes they took the tools with them. He never made sure materials were on-site and ready for subcontractractors so there were many times they had to knock off work because they didn't have the materials. He maybe came to the actual job site 5 times during the course of 3 years into this mess. I wouldn't hire him to cut grass because he will try and tell you it took 5 more gallons of gas and that your lawn caused his lawn mower blade to break and you would need to pay for it. What a joke of a company.
