Except that we do a lot more, because there's a lot to keep up with: strategy, technology, ethics, and you have a business to run. Many companies avoid social media altogether because they're afraid of the pitfalls, i.e. "what if someone writes bad stuff about us?" Well, they can do that whether you're online or not!
