I would put zero stars if I could. I only entered one star, but says 2, which is incorrect. I have been unable to access my account for 3 days now due to two party authentication. There is absolutely NO way to contact Facebook. The phone number listed says to look at the FAQ's on Facebook. I have tried everything on the FAQ list. This is ridiculous. My business is all on Facebook. To not have any type of customer support for such a large, multi-billion dollar company is absurd. I'm guessing not hiring a customer support team saves them a lot of money. I have emailed addresses found on several blog sites, sent a message on twitter, called the fake number. I live in Austin, so my next step will be to go to their local office since they don't even provide a local phone number. Worst non-existent customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!!!
