Horrible Place!!! took my car in for an oil change and to diagnose engine and BAS/ESP light. took them almost a month to figure out what was wrong with my car. They said the engine light was due to o2 sensor. I paid 258.00 for 02 sensor and they assured me that will take care of engine light. They said they can not diagnose BAS/ESP light and I should take it to Mercedes. Before I took my car in, they assured me that they work with Mercedes all the time so I trusted them. well 10 minutes after I drove off lot, engine light came on. took my car to another shop and they said the engine light is due to o2 sensor. Called them back and they said i have so much wrong with my car that the engine light will always come on. huh? The secretary was very rude, she hung up the phone on me. They did not even try to work something out. they just took my money and ran-so to speak. So now I'm back to square one and out of $258. They also did my oil change with regular oil instead of synthetic oil. I will be contacting BBB as well as Lisa Madigan office. This place is horrible. Stay away from them.
