I have been a loyal client for years, I never liked his system, instead of setting up a schedule Gary told me to call his main number leave a message and he'd get back to me in a week (I knew a client with more horses and had mentioned this and he said he'd never go for that he had a cellphone number and would get a callback the next day) this makes me think to him clients with more horses are more important . To me every horse is important customer loyalty and satisfaction matters This summer Gary had been increasingly hard for me to get a hold of and my horses are suffering This past time I called him Monday, following Monday didn't receive a call so I left another message Finally three weeks after my initial call he calls me on Saturday saying he can be there sunday at 3:45 My horses feet have never looked worse so I was grateful... then today get back to my barn at 3:30 with my seven year old daughter who was excited to see their feet trimmed Her and I waited well over an hour and a half Gary didn't show up or call I need to be able to get ahold of my farrier if there are issues . This is absolutely not acceptable. When he comes I love his work but my horses shouldn't be suffering due to his lack of scheduling I would have been totally okay if he called me to let me know he was overbooked and could come another day ... at this point it's 9:40 pm and he hasn't made any attempt to contact me Do not use him unless you have 10 plus horses or you'll be treated like nothing
