We have many ongoing issues with this provider. We are residents of a new construction condo. We were given this vendor's contact information to get access to the building intercom and security cameras. It took three months to get set-up in the intercom. It took many phone calls, texts, and emails to get this simple task completed. The vendor would delay and give excuses and eventually stop communicating at all. We were only able to get him to set us up in the intercom after contacting the developer who hired him. We still don't have access to the building security cameras. We're paying $120 for the service and because there is a two year contract, we can't cancel his service to bring in another provider.
