Joe Monte
Joe took my money and never did job or refund the money I asked for.
One day he said his van broke down, another day he needed $20 for gas He always wanted more money, deposit on top of deposit but then never got any work done and his breath smelled like hard liquor. Finally had to hire a reputable firm.
NEVER GIVE J&K FLOORING A DEPOSIT!
