The company should be called Local Realty Corporation and throw the Global or Integrity out the window. They are mainly a local company with almost all their buildings in a regional area of Southern California with the majority of ownership with one person. Integrity is a punchline that is used to cover up the toxic culture at this company. If you interview with this company, take a keen listen to the questions they ask from the Owner/HR and that will tell you a lot about the company. They ask illegal questions, make racial slurs about anyone who's not Jewish, and promote religion as a reason to treat people differently. Their business tactics are crooked like they are running a mafia without guns - mainly lip service, intimidation, rumors, interrogation, and illegal business practices. If you don't follow suit, then be prepared to undergo meetings, meetings, and more meetings just to keep any eye on you. It's a waste of time to work here. You'll learn a few things very quickly. They don't pay their bills, your commissions, mileage, petty cash (owner does not believe in it), and you'll have a difficult time operating your buildings because vendors won't work with you because of non payment of invoices mainly. There is no structure at this company, it's sink or swim mentality, very old school type of thinking, and if you have any experience with a bigger company you'll laugh about the way they operate. It's shoot first ask questions later - most times because it's too late.

Avoid this company if at all possible! They have NO integrity and are dishonest in the management of the property in which I live. I live the Chateaux Studio Village property and I had water leak into my unit from the second floor. Not the first time this has happened and the mold and mildew above the ceiling was all over. I took pictures and suggested they test the area. 4 weeks later, NOTHING!!! Just excuses and lies!

Awful treatment of longstanding tennants. Greedy company that will screw you over the first chance they get. Do not trust this company!!!
