I waited 2 months for my order which was supposed to take 2 days. Then when I started to ask Amazon where my item was, J&B didn't respond until over a week later to say it was lost in the mail. However, there never was a tracking number for it. Then they wanted to sell me the same product for 3 times the amount. I'll never deal with this company again and recommend others to reconsider business with them.

Very competitive prices, but to achieve it, they cut corners everywhere. In my order, the jack-crossbeam (a 30 lbs assembly) ended up being drop shipped (because JBTools) had offered free shipping, so to make money on the deal, they had the item dropped shipped from the manufacturer. Who shipped it wrong, packed it wrong, and didn't put the whole unit in the box. So I contacted them, and then I filed a UPS claim. The contact was through the online webpage, since that's the only way to get to them, except for direct orders (which this was). For direct orders, you can also call a phone #, but the # always just drops into a voice mail. So I left messages. In fact, after calling 20 times, I actually got a human, Susan T. She took all the information, asked me for the information that UPS had gotten (which I provided within 15 minutes), by email, direct to the email address she gave me. Then it got passed off. No communication on what they were doing. Totally mishandled. I called back after I had sent UPS away (because the last communication from JBTools that a second partial shipment would come to complete the order). JBTool changed their tune, but didn't notify me, until the next day. When I called back again, to confirm (which I got a snotty confirmation), I also got an EARFUL from their customer service Rep. Christine Saba, the person who had mishandled it at every step, and NOT had timely communication. (There was communication, just not TIMELY communication.) This is an unprofessional outfit. If you order goes through OK, and ship OK, price will probably be good. But if anything goes awry, they just are not capable (or interested in) providing timely proper customer service to get things straightened out, in a timely fashion. And then the company as a whole is "mad" that YOU made THEIR life hard. (After you did the STUPID mistake of order something from their website, on their terms, and then UNWISELY expected them to hold up their end of the deal.) Do not be STUPID, avoid that by AVOIDING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. That 10, 20, 40, $50 dollars you saved, it not worth the hassle when it goes wrong. 13 days since I ordered my jack-crossbeam, still do not have one, probably won't get one for another 5 days at least, have to deal with UPS twice, and this company endlessly. Should have just gave it to UPS the first time, canceled the order, called the credit card company and denied the charges for non-delivery. Would have been EASIER than dealing with bunch of buffoons., with an attitude. Do yourself a favor, order with someone else.
