Capital Resource LLC owned by Jospeh Santilli built out new home in 2021-2022. The house within 3 years had 3 insurance claims filed due to water leaks all caused by "poor installation". Joe the owner lives on the street in which he built 8 homes. Each home has had numerous issues/claims. Joe has taken ZERO accountability and blamed us the homeowners by stating "you have 3 girls that live in the house you have to stay on top of them drains". Joe comes across as nice but at the end of the day and takes no about ability in wrong doings and points the finger at others. Don't ever allow him to build a house for you in the future. We will be suing him and his company for all the damages caused by poor installation. If I could give Joseph Santilli and his company 0 stars I would.
