I recently scheduled an appointment to have maintenance done on my furnace. They said they would be there between 7:30 - 8:00am. The technician called at 7:55 stating he was a little behind schedule but he was on the way & would be here in 10 minutes. I greatly appreciated the fact that he took time to inform me of his delay. He arrived 10 minutes later & got right to work. He did the work that needed to be done. When he was done he called me over to explain all he had done & answered any questions i had. The technition was very knowledgable & courtious. I frankly didnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by this experience! I will be calling them in the future for all heating & cooling needs. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor.
