Jennifer Burns has been training dogs since 2001. She believes in a firm but gentle approaches that allows both dogs and owners to learn in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. She stays up to date on training techniques by attending seminars and webinars and works as a mentor to trainers new to the profession.
