No just the opposite as I ordered something 2/3/2012 and paid extra for it to be here in 3-4 business days and now in day 6 I have yet to receive it. Now emails to them are going unanswered and last one they just sent me a blank email. I Googled them and found out there have been several complaints of products not being sent out for a long time and when they arrived they were broken. I went back to Amazon and got another similar product a lot cheaper and will call my bank Monday 2/13/2012 to get my money back from them and if and when it does arrive, I will will return it unopened and sent certified mail so they have to sign for it!
