When Mike was running the business it was organized and professionally ran. Jeremy was a good installer and designer and an overall likeable guy. I had a couple good experiences with them doing installs on my commercial trucks and trailers. There were some errors with various things which they always said they would fix. ( Some they still haven't ) About a year later a couple of the decals were peeling off from the adhesive so I inquired about warranty work. Communication was somewhat good but it took a week or so to respond to each other due to busy work schedules. Then the communication started to take longer and longer to receive. Jeremy has really let this company slide down hill due to lack of proper business etiquette and also overall practice. Mike still trys to help anyway he can but due to his other endeavors there's only so much he can do. Overall I used to be a 5 and now a day's I'm really at a 1. I give a 2 overall average. Hopefully they can at least finish my work that's already paid for.
