i purchased three 49x cartridges from this company. i dealt with ron wheeler who sent me damaged cartridges.he asked me to sent them back for exchange and i did.i never heard from him again. i called him to asked about what is going on.to my surprise he said he never got them.I checked with the Post Office who told me it was delivered.then he told me to get lost.Beware of this company!!!!!!!!!!!
