Pro-Builders Services Group LLC just finished a complete renovation of our basement and kitchen. Our house was built in 1965. We were hesitant about renovating our house because of the age. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. Pro-builders delivered! The quality of work and professionalism was immaculate. They finished both the basement and kitchen within 6 weeks. We were beyond thankful for our kitchen to be delivered before thanksgiving which we were not expecting. We can't recommend them enough.

All Bathrooms Tastefully Renovated including Gorgeous Master Bathroom! Marshall HS Pyramid! Stellar Location Close to 2 Metro Stations, Tysons Corner and Easy Access to 495, 66 and Route 7! AHS Home Warranty & Builder Warranty INCLUDED! Following the guidance of both realtors, we forewent the home inspection at the time of sale based on the one-year Home Warranty and Builder Warranty provided. At the time of sale however, it seems only the Home Warranty was included in the sales contract. This resulted in a yearlong ordeal involving repair work that Pro-Builders agreed to do, started and then never completed. Also, immediately following the expiration of the one-year Home Warranty, which was included in the sales contract, we paid over $800 to repair the new HVAC system; and two years into owning our home, we paid $6,500 to replace the entire system. Also, none of the 22 windows in our house are "Andersen" windows, but rather they are Silver Line windows, which are vinyl replacement windows produced by Ply-Gem windows, the budget line that was formally owned by Andersen. We wanted to warn others considering buying or building a home through Pro-Builders Services Group, LLC, to be sure to read the fine print and get an inspection upon purchase.
