This is the opposite of a Recommendation. I own a condo in this complex and have an issue in my carport that has repeatedly caused me and another resident property damage. The HOA will not take responsibility to resolve the issue that is causing the damage (i.e offer new carport spots in complex or relocate the storm drainage drain in the carport spot). I regret purchasing in here and I would advise anyone to beware of the same.
