Jim is a thief. He takes your checks and cashes it at a checking cashing place as fast as he can and runs! His work is unprofessional and he is not dependable. Jim complains about the work suggesting it will cost more to complete for he was not able to see it beforehand. He stole 10 grand and left me a widow, with a uninhabitable house.
