Project Manager Manage and coordinate the building program. Develop and communicate a strategy for managing the building program. Manage the proposal submissions, including technical and cost. Manage all phases from award through completion of the building program. Select the project team, including all consultants. Write, negotiate and execute agreements. Manage the building program budget and schedule. Coordinate, communicate and execute the subcontracts. Understand the scope and objectives of each building program. Manage the turnover of the building program from Preconstruction to Operations. Assist and administer all Client requests. Manage and Mentor the project team during the building program.
