We are a full service Spa and hot tub Service company. We train you to operate your spa, how to do your chemical maintenance. We will do your spa chemicals for you, and watch your spa when you are out of town. We can also do most minor and major repairs of your spa, hot tub, sauna, deck, gazebo or any backyard leisure items. We will erect that swing set or that porch swing. Rick has made service calls to my house twice and I am located outside the Springfield area. Discovered I was having problem with spa after hours and he promptly returned my call. I am impressed because he always shows up when he says he will be there. (Nothing bothers me more than when my time is wasted on waiting for someone to make a service call and they don't show or are hours late!) He also called my office promptly told me the problem and estimated cost to solve the problem and when the bill was left it was exactly the amount he said it would be which, I thought was reasonable! He seems knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and punctual. Will use his services again and recommend him to others!
