DO NOT LEASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! I rented a unit in Allure. Brittany Morse did not advise us that there was a water problem. Furthermore, Brittany was very unhelpful and hard to reach. Her excuse was she was too busy to get back to us. Goodluck getting your deposit check back in full!!! She wrote up erraneous charges and did not apply cleainging deposit. Stay away!!!!!
