Collaborative System Inc. is one of the worst IT consulting companies. You should never join even if you are at urge of death. When I join this company, owner of company KESHAV TIRUMALASETTY gave me commitment that he will sponsor my H1 and will train me in 'System Infrastructure Admin' field on live project. He is a big lire and he never did what he said. If you are a GIRL and planning to join him, then don't even think about it. Because once you join he will ask you to go out with him for lunch, coffee and all... basically he wants to take advantage of you as much as he can. He doesn't hire guys because he is not gay otherwise he would have. He is married and going around with a girl call Kirthi/Poornima, who is working in his office. And still he needs more girls to F--k. When I never give him chance than he said me that he will not hire me and will not apply for my H1; and if I want than there are some alternative ways to work this out. He shows off his money and a car like anything and treats you like donkeys. He made me work for 9 AM to 9 PM and never pay me. He is a male egoistic pig.
