I would give less than 1 star if I could but I was driving behind one of their vans with the license plate A4929 and the driver had his window down while smoking weed. I will be reporting this to the police but don't trust your loved ones in these vans!

Less than 1 star, but I had to put something... How is this company in business? ESPECIALLY for medical transport. The cars are unsafe/poorly maintained. As well filthy. The owner and drivers are beyond disrespectful to women to say the least. I have reported them to my insurance company and suggested anyone who has had bad experiences with them to do the same. There are plenty of good companies out there. No one especially with medical needs should have to put up with. As well the insurance companies will remove them from the program if patients speak up. They don't see what goes on unless we say something.
