John Basile is very unprofessional and discourteous. I paid for an appraisal and when the lender requested additional changes, he refused to make the changes and make comments eluding to me not having money to pay for an additional appraisal. How can the consumer pay for an appraisal through a lender and not be allowed to transfer or make changes. If I paid for a service, the necessary due diligence should occur so I can use the documentation in the manner of which is was needed when the service was paid. Comments with regards to not wanting to pay or being cheap should not have been expressed from Mr. Basile as they are unprofessional, demeaning and slanderous.
